I've only had my knives sharpened by them once, but I'm not planning on going elsewhere. I dropped off a mix of Global, Shun, and no-name western knives at Cook's Warehouse in the morning. They were ready for pick-up that evening. The blades were smooth and seemed angled well. They're holding their edges well (with appropriate steel use). Reasonable prices, no hassles, and sharp knives.
